Why is daily exercise important in preventing osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis is a bone-weakening disease that affects especially women. The woman after crossing menopause has a low level of estrogen and women’s bones become brittle and have a high risk of fracture. To cure osteoporosis, the workout is very important. Load-bearing exercises can help in making the bones and tissues strong. With the help of dumbbells or gym machines, you can do the workout.
