• Allows airlines to require that service animals should be leashed, harnessed, or tethered at all times.
• You have to define your service animal as a dog that is trained to do specific works or tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
• Continues to allow planes to prohibit transportation to service animals that show aggressive behavior and that pose a threat to the safety of other passengers.
• Airlines are allowed to limit the number of service animals traveling with a single person to two service animals.
• Prohibits plans from requiring travelers with a service dog to physically check-in at the airport instead of using the online process.
