How IT companies make benefit from the MAP toolkit?
You know that big IT organisations are likely to have a large number of SQL Server installations that are not fully known to the internal IT department. If these unsupervised SQL databases carry business-critical information without backup or control, it can affect the functioning of your business. This is the main reason that IT companies are preferring the MAP toolkit which is designed to simplify and streamline the IT infrastructure planning process. The MAP Toolkit SQL Server provides you a fast, scalable, and agentless inventory with low overhead.
The benefit of MAP Toolkit is that it can help you create an inventory of all the SQL server installations in the network. This will also help you in considering the value of consolidating and certain databases and bringing them under IT supervision.
